EXIT FEE	Term Loan For full repayment of the outstanding ASB/ASB 2 Loan made within the first 2 years from the date of loan disbursement, an exit fee as penalty / compensation to the bank based on the difference between the ASB/ASB 2 Board Rate and the Promotion / Special rate is chargeable.
